I cannot log in to my other Paypal account. And when I try to reset password, it wants to send a code to an email address that isn't mine. I have not changed my security email address associated with this account. I think I may have been hacked. How do I get Paypal to look into this?

Then a dialogue box will open at the next page with two suggestions. Click "CONTINUE" under the first one by your left that says "YOU MOVE MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT".
